By downloading, installing, or using Cheeto Client (the “Software”) or visiting cheetoclient.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or the Site.

Cheeto Client is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use, install, and run the Software on your own Minecraft installation. You may not resell, rebrand, or redistribute the Software for profit. Modification for personal use is fine; redistributing modified copies under a different name is not.

Cheeto Client, the Cheeto Client name, the Cheeto Client logo, and all original code are the property of their respective authors. Third-party libraries are credited on the Credits page and remain the property of their respective owners under their own licenses.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. Hypixel is a trademark of Hypixel Inc. Cheeto Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, or Hypixel. Any references to game-specific terminology are for descriptive purposes only.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Software:
- To harass, intimidate, or harm other players.
- For any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
